Fees & Limits
We believe you should see exactly what you'll receive before you send anything. This page breaks the cost down into its parts — our fee, the rate, and network costs — so nothing is hidden inside one opaque number.
The short version
The "You receive" amount shown on your quote is what lands — it is already net of our fee. You confirm that figure before you send. No fee is added afterwards.
Cash-out to Naira (crypto → bank)
- Our fee: a 0.3% spread, built into the rate you're quoted. There is no
separate commission and no flat fee.
- Because the fee is in the rate, the **Naira figure you see is what reaches your
bank** — you always confirm the exact amount before sending.
- Supported assets: BTC and USDT.
- Payout: to a Nigerian bank account after your deposit confirms on-chain,
typically within minutes.
Swaps (crypto → crypto)
- Swaps are non-custodial — funds route through the executing exchange, never
held by 234.
- The fee and the executing exchange's spread are included in the rate you're
shown. On a Fixed rate, the amount quoted is the amount you receive.
- Every quote names the executing exchange, so you can see who is handling your
swap.
Network (blockchain) fees
Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by 234 — they're a pass-through cost, and they vary by chain and by network congestion. For a cash-out, this is simply the fee your own wallet pays to send your crypto to us. Choosing a cheaper network is the easiest way to reduce it:

Figures are indicative and set by the network at the time you send — your wallet shows the exact fee before you confirm. Always match the network you send on to the network of the address we give you.
Rates
- Fixed — locked at quote for a limited window; protected against market
movement while your deposit confirms.
- Float — set at settlement; the final amount can vary with the market.
Limits
- Maximum cash-out: ₦50,000,000 per order. Orders above this are not accepted
automatically.
- Cash-outs above ₦25,000,000 are handled by our OTC desk rather than settled
automatically — often at a better rate on larger volumes. We'll reach out using the contact details you provide.
- Larger transactions may require additional verification.
