Acceptable Use

1. Purpose

This Policy sets out how you may and may not use the 234 Exchange Services.

2. You must not

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Launder money, finance terrorism, breach sanctions, or transact the proceeds of crime.
• Defraud any person, or facilitate fraud, scams or theft.
• Attempt to circumvent our compliance, verification or security controls, or provide false information.
• Use the Services from a prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction, or on behalf of a sanctioned or prohibited person.
• Access, probe, disrupt, overload or attempt to compromise the Services, or use bots, scraping or automated abuse.
• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

3. Consequences

Breach of this Policy may result in transactions being held, refused or reported, suspension or termination of access, and reporting to authorities. See Terms of Use §§7–8 and 16.
