1. Our commitment

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly.

2. How to make a complaint

Email support@234exchange.com with the subject line "Complaint". Please include:

  • your name and contact details;
  • your order/transaction reference (if any);
  • a clear description of the issue and what happened; and
  • the outcome you are seeking.

3. What happens next

  • Acknowledgement: we aim to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
  • Investigation & response: we aim to provide a substantive response within 48 hours, or explain why more time is needed.
  • We may ask for further information to help us investigate.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask us to review it again by replying to our decision.
